Corey Wright is a member of Cahill's corporate practice group.
Corey's practice is principally focused on capital market transactions including both the high-yield bond and bank sides of financings and refinancings, debt and equity offerings and out-of-court debt restructurings, including debt exchange and debt tender offers. Corey has represented the financing sources in a number of leveraged buyouts, including hospital-operator HCA, Harrah's and Aramark. He also represented the dealer managers in a $38 billion private debt exchange offer by GMAC and certain of its subsidiaries, the largest private debt exchange offer to date.
Corey has experience practicing in a variety of industries including financial services, automotive, gaming, healthcare, building and building products, media and communications, retail and food services.
