Daniel J. Zubkoff is a member of Cahill's Executive Committee and its corporate practice group.
Dan's practice is principally focused on a broad range of capital markets and lending transactions including bank financings, debt and equity securities offerings and out-of-court debt restructurings.
For more than twenty-five years, Dan has represented many leading domestic and international commercial and investment banking firms in bank financings, exchange offers and other debt restructurings, high yield and investment grade debt offerings, equity and equity-linked securities offerings, including initial public offerings, preferred stock issuances and convertible debt offerings, tender offers and other banking transactions. Dan works with financial institutions in their capacities as advisors, dealer managers and/or creditors in debt-for-debt and debt-for-equity exchanges and other restructuring efforts. Dan also represents corporate borrowers in connection with financing and restructuring transactions.
