Interactive, monthly training courses are tailored to the development needs of junior, mid-level and senior associates. Junior associates in our transaction-focused practice explore topics including drafting and negotiating public and private offering and merger and acquisition documents, drafting and negotiating financing documents and understanding the accounting and financial disclosure rules applicable to public offerings. Those in our litigation practice learn fundamental skills such as conducting research, responding to discovery, and drafting memos, briefs and pleadings. Mid-level and senior associate courses fine-tune knowledge and skill in chosen areas of practice.
CLE programs address current developments germane to our practice and help each associate maintain active bar admission status. In 2007, Cahill hosted 58 live CLE Programs that were attended by over 2,000 Cahill lawyers, clients and friends of the firm.
