Associate Liaison Committee

Cahill's Associates Liaison Committee addresses needs and concerns of our associates at-large and is comprised of a broad cross-section of associates and partners, including a member of the firm's Executive Committee. The Committee discusses issues, concerns and overall quality-of-life topics. Initiatives resulting from the recommendations of this committee include:

Restructuring of our review process to provide significantly more detailed and personally meaningful reviews
Assignment of partners who serve as mentors and conduct associate reviews
Adoption of a Flex-time Policy
Expansion of our training program with formal seminars tailored to associates' practice areas and experience level that supplement our CLE education program
Implementation of an annual technology stipend for home office expenses
Creation of an associate lounge
Introduction of discounted health club membership options
