On January 29th, 2009, Elai Katz will be participating in a Panel discussion regarding Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare and Antitrust at the New York State Bar Association's Annual Meeting. Elai will be joined by Moderator William H. Rooney of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, Panelist Michael B. Kades of the Federal Trade Commission, Dr. Anne Layne-Farrar of LECG Corporation and Marc van der Woude of Stibbe.
The panel discussion will be held from 9:00 - 10:20am.
