Bart Friedman to Participate in Panel Discussion for IBM Executives and Alumni

Bart Friedman will be participating in a panel discussion hosted by SpencerStuart for IBM Executives and Alumni entitled Preparing for Change: The New Dynamics of Board Service. The panel will discuss the regulatory landscape and the current issues facing corporate boards.
Bart will be joined by Rhonda L. Brauer, Senior Managing Director - Corporate Governance at Georgeson and Julie Hembrock Daum, Co-leader of Spencer Stuart's North American Board of CEO Succession Practice. The discussion will take place Tuesday, November 17th at the Links Club in New York.
