Women's Initiative
The Women Lawyers of Cahill is an affinity group that works to develop, retain, and support Cahill's female attorneys at all levels of seniority. Women comprise 18% of our partners and 48% of our associates.
The Women Lawyers of Cahill group hosts events throughout the year to provide our women lawyers with new circles of collaboration, support, mentoring and networking. The group has also initiated funding and participation in the New York legal community through its sponsorship of key events for women by organizations such as the National Association of Women Lawyers and the New York Asian Women's Center.
