Bart Friedman to Participate in Discussion on Advising Nonprofits About Corporate Governance & Compliance

Bart Friedman will be participating in a panel discussion hosted by the New York State Bar Association entitled Advising Nonprofits About Corporate Governance & Compliance. The panel will discuss how fiduciary duties of care and loyalty translate into the nonprofit context, annual informational filing requirements, and how to help nonprofits better realize their mission to do the public good.

Bart will be joined by moderator Lesley Rosenthal, Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts; panelist Sean Delany, Executive Director of Lawyers Alliance for New York, Inc.; panelist Jason R.
