Cahill represented J.P. Morgan as lead book-running manager and the other underwriters in connection with the public offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.50% Senior Notes due 2022 by Aircastle Limited. Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
