Cahill represented Citigroup, BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Deutsche Bank Securities, and UBS Investment Bank as joint book-running managers and the co-managers in connection with the initial public offering of 20,000,000 common shares of Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure LLC, representing limited liability company interests, resulting in gross proceeds of $340,000,000. Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
