Governor Pataki Appoints David Kelley as Special Counsel in Hevesi Matter

On October 27, 2006, David N. Kelley was engaged by Governor Pataki to serve in the capacity of Special Counsel to provide an independent review of the findings and conclusions of the New York State Ethics Commission regarding the actions and conduct of New York State Comptroller Alan G. Hevesi.
