Atlanta steel distributor PNA Group Holdings Corp. announced today that it has filed its $175 million Initial Public Offering. PNA Group is owned by Beverly Hills, California - based private equity house Platinum Equity LLC.
Cahill is representing the underwriters including Citigroup and UBS Securities in the offering.
