Cahill represented Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, as representative of the several underwriters in the Offering by Ventas, Inc. comprised of 26,910,000 Shares with an aggregate value of $1,091,200,500 in connection with the refinancing by Ventas of preferred stock issued and certain indebtedness incurred in connection with its acquisition of Sunrise REIT.
