Communications provider Integra Telecom Inc. has completed its $710 million purchase of Eschelon Telecom Inc.
Cahill represented Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Administrative Agent, in connection with a portion of the acquisition financing, comprised of a $280,000,000 Holdco loan by Integra Telecom, Inc.
