Intelsat Completes Notes Offering and Cash Tender Offer

Cahill represented the Initial Purchasers including Credit Suisse in Intelsat Subsidiary Holding Company, Ltd.'s offering of $400,000,000 of its 8 7/8% Senior Notes due 2015. Proceeds were used to finance Intelsat Subsidiary Holding Company, Ltd.'s substantially concurrent private cash tender offer to purchase Intelsat, Ltd.'s 7 5/8% Senior Notes due 2012 and 6 1/2% Senior Notes due 2013, in which Cahill represented the Dealer Manager. The aggregate principal amount of the 7 5/8% Notes tendered was $114,159,000 and the aggregate principal amount of the 6 1/2% Notes tendered was $346,450,000.
