Dole Food Company, Inc. Completes Notes Offering and Cash Tender Offer

Cahill represented Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Banc of America Securities LLC, as Initial Purchasers in Dole Food Company Inc.'s private offering of $349,903,000 of its 13 7/8% Senior Secured Notes due 2014. Proceeds from the offering were used to finance Dole's cash tender offer for its outstanding 8 5/8% Senior Notes due 2009, in which Cahill represented Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Banc of America Securities LLC as Dealer Managers.
