Cahill represented the Initial Purchasers including Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Banc of America Securities LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Mizuho Securities USA Inc. in hospital-operator HCA Inc.'s offering of $1,500,000,000 of its 8.5% Senior Secured Notes due 2019. Proceeds from the offering will be used to repay existing indebtedness.
