Cahill Represents Citicorp in Amendment of Credit Facility for Foundation Coal / Alpha Natural Resources and Exercise of $150,000,000 Incremental Credit Facility

Cahill represented Citicorp North America, Inc. as Administrative Agent and as Collateral Agent, in connection with an amendment of the existing senior credit facility for Foundation PA Coal Company, LLC ("Foundation") in connection with the merger of the parent entities of Foundation and Alpha Natural Resources, Inc. ("Alpha"). In connection with the merger, Cahill also represented Citicorp North America, Inc. in connection with the repayment in full of Alpha's existing senior credit facility.

Cahill also represented Citicorp North America, Inc. as Administrative Agent in connection with Foundation's exercised draw of $150,000,000 of additional new revolving credit commitments.
