Olin Corporation Completes $150 Million Public Offering

Cahill represented Citi, Banc of America Securities and Wells Fargo Securities as underwriters in the $150,000,000 Public Offering by Olin Corporation of its 8.875% Senior Notes due 2019. Proceeds will be used to further strengthen the company's long term liquidity.
