Intelsat Completes Notes Offering

Cahill represented the initial purchasers including Banc of America Securities LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. in Intelsat Jackson Holdings, Ltd.'s Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of $500,000,000 of its 8 1/2% Senior Notes due 2019. Proceeds were used to repurchase other existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
