Delphi Financial Group Completes $250 Million Public Offering

Cahill represented Delphi Financial Group, Inc. in connection with a public offering of $250,000,000 of its 7.875% Senior Notes due 2020. The net proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
