Cahill Prevails for Intrado in Interconnection Agreement Dispute

The Cahill communications practice team prevailed on behalf of 9-1-1 network and emergency communications services provider Intrado Communications Inc. against AT&T and Verizon before the Public Utility Commission of Texas in an arbitration arising in connection with Intrado's right to interconnect its network with AT&T and Verizon. The full Commission rendered a unanimous decision from the bench during its open meeting in favor of Intrado's Motions for Reconsideration of the Arbitrators' earlier decision granting Verizon and AT&T motions for summary judgment.

Cahill is also defending Intrado against federal court complaints  filed by AT&T in North Carolina and Ohio after securing favorable rulings for Intrado in arbitration proceedings before state agencies in both of those states.
