Cahill is representing Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. in connection with MSCI Inc.'s senior secured credit facilities aggregating up to $1.375 billion to finance a portion of the consideration payable in the approximately $1.55 billion pending acquisition of Risk Metrics Group, Inc. by MSCI Inc.
The transaction is expected to close in MSCI's third fiscal quarter of 2010.
