Cahill represented Deutsche Bank AG as administrative agent in connection with amendments to extend the maturity dates of Dole Food Company's existing credit facilities, providing $850,000,000 of term debt comprised of a $250,000,000 Tranche B Term Loan, $600,000,000 Tranche C Term Loan and up to $350,000,000 in asset-based loans.
