Cahill Represents Citicorp in Amendment and Restatement of Credit Facility for Alpha Natural Resources, Inc.

Cahill represented Citicorp North America, Inc., as Administrative Agent and as Collateral Agent, in connection with an amendment and restatement of the existing senior credit facility for Alpha Natural Resources, Inc. and Foundation PA Coal Company LLC that, among other things, extended the maturity dates from July 2011 to July 2014 of $236,775,000 of term loans and $854,400,000 of revolving facility commitments including $300,400,000 in the form of exercised additional revolving facility commitments.
