Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $250 Million Private Placement by Mediacom LLC

Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan, Wells Fargo Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey as joint book-running managers; Citigroup and RBC Capital Markets as joint lead managers; and Natixis as co-manager in connection with the Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $250,000,000 7.25% Senior Notes due 2022 by Mediacom LLC and Mediacom Capital Corporation. The proceeds of the offering will be used to repay existing indebtedness.
