Cahill's prominence advising lead arrangers in bank lending transactions was again reflected in the Thomson Reuters Loan Pricing Corporation Q3 2015 Legal Advisory League Tables. Cahill ranked as the number one legal advisor to lead arrangers in leveraged loans, participating in 123 transactions that generated approximately $107.4 billion in aggregate gross proceeds, and capturing a 29% share of the U.S. leveraged loan market. Cahill has been the top ranked legal advisor to lead arrangers of leveraged loans since 2010. Cahill also ranked as the number one legal advisor to bookrunners in the overall loans transactions category.
A consistent leader in representing lead arrangers in M&A loan transactions, Cahill ranked as the number one legal advisor to lead arrangers in M&A loan transactions over this same period, advising in 53 deals that generated approximately $46.7 billion in aggregate gross proceeds, and capturing an 18% share of the U.S. M&A lending market.
