Aarthi Anand Joins Cahill’s New York Office as Intellectual Property Counsel

Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP is pleased to announce that Aarthi Anand has joined the firm as an intellectual property counsel, resident in New York. Aarthi will support the firm’s Corporate practice, including Capital Markets and Lending and M&A and Corporate Advisory practices, as well as the firm’s Cryptocurrency & Blockchain practice.
Aarthi specializes in advising on intellectual property and technology that supports financing agreements, loan products, and mergers and acquisitions. She counsels global financial institutions, multinational corporations and technology companies in connection with complex intellectual property and technology such as cryptocurrencies, NFTs, payments, blockchain, artificial intelligence and fintech.
As a Rhodes Scholar, she studied law at the University of Oxford, NYU School of Law and India. Prior to joining Cahill, Aarthi was counsel at Perkins Coie LLP and worked at JPMorgan Chase and Columbia Law School.
