Cahill Represents Citibank, N.A. in $975 Million Acquisition Financing of Emdeon Interest by General Atlantic LLC

Cahill represented Citibank, N.A., as Administrative Agent, Collateral Agent and Issuing Bank in the execution of a $975,000,000 debt financing comprised of a $805,000,000 First Lien Senior Secured Credit Facility and a $170,000,000 Second Lien Senior Secured Credit Facility to fund the acquisition by private equity firm General Atlantic LLC of a 52 percent interest in the Emdeon Business Services segment of Emdeon Corporation, the parent of Web MD.
