Cahill represented Bank of America, N.A., Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. and others in a $740,000,000 Credit Facility for GTCR Golden Rauner II, LLC (Sponsor), Graceway Pharmaceuticals, LLC, Graceway Holdings, LLC, and Graceway Canada Company. The credit agreement was comprised of a $480,000,000 Term B Loan, $20,000,000 Canadian Term Loan, $30,000,000 Revolver, and a $210,000,000 Second Lien Term Loan in connection with the purchase of the North American pharmaceutical businesses of 3M Pharmaceuticals.
