Cahill represented Ares Capital Corporation, as Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent in the $30,000,000 Credit Facility by EIC Acquisition Corp., MUA Management Company, Ltd. and Saba University Management Company B.V. comprised of a $7,500,000 First Lien Term A Loan, a $2,500,000 First Lien Term B Loan, and a $20,000,000 First Lien Revolving Loan in connection with the acquisition of Educational International Consultants, LLC, Medical University of the Americas, and Saba University School of Medicine.
