Cahill represented Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Scotia Capital (USA) Inc., RBC Capital Markets Corporation, TD Securities (USA) LLC, CIBC World Markets Corp., and BMO Capital Markets Corp. in a placement of $400,000,000 9.25% Senior Subordinated Notes, the proceeds of which were used, in part, to finance the privatization of CanWest MediaWorks Limited Partnership and certain related transactions.
