Morgan Securities Inc., and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and its affiliates as Arrangers and other Agents in connection with the $6,665,000,000 Credit Facilities by SABIC Innovative Plastics Holding B.V, SABIC Innovative Plastics Holding US LP and SABIC Innovative Plastics GP B.V., Sociedad en Comandita.
Cahill represented Citi, ABN Amro Incorporated, GE Capital Markets, Inc., HSBC and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. as Initial Purchasers in a Rule 144A / Regulation S Offering by SABIC Innovative Plastics Holding B.V. of $1,500,000,000 of 9.5% Senior Notes due 2015.
These financing transactions were to fund the acquisition of GE's global plastics business.
