Cahill represented Ares Capital Corporation, as Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent in the $78,975,000 Amended and Restated Credit Facility by EIC Holding, Inc., MUA Management Company, Ltd., Saba University Management Company B.V. and SMU Management (Cayman) Ltd. comprised of a $7,500,000 Term A Loan, $30,500,000 Term B Loan, $8,475,000 Term C Loan, and two Revolving Loans totaling $32,500,000 to finance the acquisition of St. Matthew's University (Cayman) Ltd., a medical and veterinary school in the Cayman Islands, and to pay for general working capital purposes.
