Cahill represented Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, Banc of America Securities LLC, and Greenwich Capital Markets, Inc. as initial purchasers in connection with Symbion, Inc.'s Rule 144A Offering of $179,937,000 aggregate principal amount of 11.00%/11.75% Senior PIK Toggle Notes due 2015, the net proceeds of which were used, together with cash on hand, to repay Symbion, Inc.'s outstanding Bridge Credit Facility.
