CCH II Completes Private Bond Exchange Offer

Cahill represented Banc of America Securities LLC and Citigroup Global Market's Inc., as dealer managers, in a private bond exchange offer by CCH II, a subsidiary of Charter Communications, Inc., pursuant to which CCH II issued $364,197,000 of Senior Notes due 2013 in exchange for $338,067,000 of outstanding Senior Notes due 2010.
