Cahill represented Bank of America, N.A. as Administrative Agent, Banc of America Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. as Joint Lead Arrangers and Joint Bookrunners, Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. as Syndication Agent and HSBC Bank USA, National Association and Keybank National Association as Co-Documentation Agents in connection with a $1,225,000,000 credit agreement for Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. signed on October 7, 2008 of which $1,100,000,000 was funded on October 7, 2008. The proceeds will be used as part of the financing for Brocades' acquisition of Foundry Networks, Inc.
