Cahill Represents BH S&B Holdings (purchaser of Steve & Barry's) in Chapter 11 Proceedings

Cahill is representing BH S&B Holdings LLC and seven affiliated Debtors in their Chapter 11 cases filed and pending in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of New York. BH S&B Holdings had previously purchased Steve & Barry's out of bankruptcy and was operating more than 100 stores throughout the United States. BH S&B holdings has more than 1,000 creditors, and assets and liabilities both in excess of $100 million. Ableco Finance will provide DIP financing to facilitate the orderly liquidation of all remaining assets.
