RSC Equipment Rental Inc. and RSC Holdings III, LLC Complete $400 Million Rule 144A/Reg S Offering

Cahill represented the initial purchasers including Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, Banc of America Securities LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC and Barclays Capital Inc. in the Rule 144A/Regulation S Offering by RSC Equipment Rental, Inc. and RSC Holdings III, LLC of $400,000,000 of 10.0% Senior Secured Notes due 2017. The net proceeds will be used to repay all outstanding borrowings under the Issuers' ABL Term Facility and a portion of the Issuers' ABL Revolving Facility.
