Cahill represented the initial purchasers including Jefferies & Company and Wells Fargo Securities in connection with Inverness Medical Innovations, Inc.'s offering of $100,000,000 7.875% Senior Notes due 2016. The net proceeds from the sale of the notes were used to fund the acquisition of Free & Clear, Inc.
