Cahill represented Axtel, S.A.B. de C.V. in the issuance of $190,000,000 of its add-on 9.00% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2019 in a 144A notes offering. Most of the net proceeds from the sale of the notes are being used to repay existing indebtedness and the balance of the proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
