Cahill represented Bank of America as administrative agent and Banc of America Securities, Citi and Jefferies as arrangers in connection with $360,000,000 senior secured credit facilities for MMM Holdings, Inc. and NAMM Holdings, Inc. both subsidiaries of Aveta Inc. The proceeds of the facilities were used to refinance existing indebtedness and pay a dividend to Aveta shareholders.
