Cahill Represents Financing Sources in Acquisition of EVERTEC by Apollo

Cahill represented Banc of America Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners in connection with a $405,000,000 credit facility for EVERTEC, Inc. comprised of a $355,000,000 Term B Facility and a $50,000,000 Revolving Credit Facility. The proceeds were used to partially finance the acquisition of a majority interest in EVERTEC, Inc. by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, LLC.
Cahill represented Banc of America Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated as joint book-running managers in a Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $220,000,000 11% Senior Notes due 2018 by EVERTEC, Inc., also to partially fund the acquisition.
