Cahill is representing CB Holding Corp. ("CB Holding") and its subsidiaries in connection with their Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases pending in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware in Wilmington.Cahill is also representing CB Holding in connection with its proposed $2,500,000 debtor-in-possession (DIP) financing.
CB Holding is the owner of Charlie Brown's Steakhouse, Bugaboo Creek Steak House, and The Office Beer Bar & Grill restaurants, and intends to use the reorganization process for an orderly sale of its ongoing business operations.
