Allen Systems Group Completes $300 Million Private Placement

Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch and Keybanc as initial purchasers in the Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $300,000,000 10 1/2% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2016 by Allen Systems Group, Inc., a business-software company. The net proceeds will be used in part to refinance their existing First Lien and Second Lien Credit Facilities.
