Cahill Represents Dealer Managers in Private Exchange Offers by First Data Corporation

Cahill represented Citi and KKR Capital Markets as lead dealer managers and the additional co-dealer managers in private exchange offers by First Data Corporation of its outstanding 9.875% Senior Notes due 2015 and 10.550% Senior PIK Notes due 2015 for newly issued 8.25% Senior Second Lien Notes due 2021, 8.75/10.00% PIK Toggle Senior Second Lien Notes due 2022 and 12.625% Senior Notes due 2021. The aggregate principal amount of new notes issued in the exchange offers was $6 billion.
