Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and Credit Agricole CIB as joint bookrunning managers and the other initial purchasers in the Rule 144A/Reg S Offering of $200,000,000 7.75% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2019 by Casella Waste Systems, Inc.
Cahill also represented Merrill Lynch as dealer manager in connection with the concurrent tender offer for Casella's existing 9.75% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2013.
