Graphic Packaging Holding Company Completes $223 Million Common Stock Offering

Cahill represented the joint bookrunning managers and co-managers in the public offering by Graphic Packaging Holding Company (NYSE: GPK) of 47,000,000 shares of common stock with net proceeds of approximately $223 million. The proceeds will be used to fund Graphic Packaging's acquisition of Sierra Pacific Packaging Inc., a manufacturer of folding cartons, beverage carriers and corrugated boxes for the consumer packaged goods, and for general corporate purposes.
