Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan as joint lead arrangers and joint book-running managers in connection with new credit facilities for IASIS Healthcare LLC, consisting of $1,025,000,000 of Term B Loans and a $300,000,000 Revolving Credit Facility.
Cahill also represented BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan as well as certain other joint book-running managers and co-managers in the Rule 144A/Reg S Offering of $850,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 8.375% Senior Notes due 2019 by IASIS Healthcare LLC and IASIS Capital Corporation.
