Aeroflex Completes $800 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented JP Morgan Chase Bank as Administrative Agent and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and the other Arrangers in connection with an $800,000,000 Senior Credit Facility comprised of a $725,000,000 Term B Loan and a $75,000,000 Revolving Credit Facility by Aeroflex Incorporated, a provider of radio frequency and microwave integrated circuits. The proceeds will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
